All products are shipped via UPS ground source, unless otherwise specified. All the packages require a signature upon delivery and are not left at a doorstep or alternate address. All packages paid with a credit card must be shipped to the cardholder and to the cardholders address only, no exceptions. All C.O.D (collect on demand) orders must be paid with a cashier check or money order and proof of payment check must be faxed to 1-(516)-756-3132. eBuyRite does not accept personal or company checks for C.O.D orders. eBuyRite is not responsible for package not being delivered on time after leaving the eBuyRite warehouse. eBuyRite is responsible for shipping the package on time but does not assure(s) the responsibility of delivery of united parcel services used as delivery source, therefore they are acting as the delivery paths.

Return Policy

All the items
can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund
will be given for the unopened items. Open boxed camcorders accessories
are not refundable. A 15% restocking fees will apply for all the open
boxed items. Shipping fees are non refundable. Please do not write
on original box. All returns must include an RMA number. "Items
must be returned in mint original undamaged condition and in the original
box with all the original accessories, manuals and warranty cards
included.This is the customers responsibility to enure the goods are
returned in original condition." Contact us to obtain RMA
number before returning any item. The customer is responsible for
return shipping cost. |
